De-escalating and Managing Violence in Healthcare Settings
The ICRC, JSMU, JPMC and Indus Hospital needed a clinical training curriculum that could reach frontline staff across Pakistan. I converted it into a fully digitised Storyline 360 course with animated scenarios and synchronised voice-over, then deployed it nationally.

One live view of employee training, attendance and compliance
This web portal gives managers and HR one live view of employee training, attendance and compliance. It pulls data automatically from the company's learning management system (Moodle), payroll and timekeeping system, employee directory and HR compliance exports. Each employee's training is matched to their store, manager and hire date. Late or incomplete training is flagged, and the right people are notified without anyone having to send messages by hand.

Live training tracking
Every course and activity, completed or pending, for every employee, synced from the LMS every few minutes. Includes activity-level completion grids, quiz scores and completion dates.
New-hire onboarding control
Each new hire's class date is worked out from their first clock-in and daily progress is tracked. Weekly class reports show scheduled vs. attended hires, no-shows, final assessment results and graduation rates.
Automated notifications
Email and SMS go out on a set schedule: missed-day alerts and final warnings with managers copied, termination requests to HR, clock-in reminders, course enrollment emails and manager training reminders. The portal re-checks the LMS live first, so nobody is chased for work already finished.
Notification status dashboard
A day-by-day grid per employee showing which notices went by email or SMS, which failed, which days were completed afterwards, and who was copied. CSV export included.
Compliance reporting
I-9 / E-Verify status, sales-academy course completion, and timekeeping with clock-in/out history, all in one place.
Management rollups & dashboard
Completion by region, area and district manager so leaders see their own teams at a glance, plus company-wide trends and a per-course completion chart.
Reliability & security
Built to run unattended
- Role-based access: Super Admin, Admin and view-only User
- Login with captcha, account lockout and forced password change on first sign-in; credentials emailed automatically on account creation or reset
- External SMS gateway connected through a secured REST API: fetches due messages and reports delivery results back
- Background jobs are monitored: a failed or stopped sync or notification job triggers an instant alert email and an in-portal warning
- Responsive design for desktop, tablet and phone
