Instructional Designer & LMS Administrator
Jinnah Sindh Medical University — Institute of Medical Education (IME)
- Designed and developed structured eLearning courses for the MHPE and CHPE postgraduate programs using Articulate Storyline 360 and Studio.
- Full administrative ownership of the university Moodle LMS: user management, course creation, enrollment and configuration.
- Managed end-to-end enrollment for MHPE, CHPE and other academic programs.
- Handled course structuring, plugin management, grading setup and day-to-day troubleshooting for faculty and students.
- Led Moodle migration projects and maintained server security on Linux-based AWS EC2 infrastructure for reliable uptime.
- Produced supporting instructional graphics and multimedia in Photoshop and Illustrator.

- Led digital content development for "De-escalating and Managing Violence in Healthcare Settings," produced with ICRC, JSMU, JPMC and Indus Hospital.
- Converted the training curriculum into a fully digitised course in Articulate Storyline 360 using instructional design best practice for clinicians.
- Applied graphic design, animation and voice-over synchronisation to make de-escalation scenarios realistic and engaging.
- Deployed the course nationally across multiple medical universities and healthcare institutes.
- Travelled to Khyber Medical University, Peshawar to configure, upload and launch the course live on their Moodle LMS.
- Coordinated directly with stakeholders across four institutions to align content with real clinical and safety needs.
